Making a poor family self-reliant economically and ensure their children goes to school.
Purpose of the project:
1. Creating a source of income for a family so they can be self-dependent.
2. Reducing the tendency to stop studying for poor family's children, and ensuring they continue thier study.
Hasi Foundation has taken an initiative "Sabolombi" aiming helping the poor family who already have below anational average earning. Due to their very low income thier children mostly do not go to school as they also become earning source of the family. But at Hasi Foundation we are aiming to bring those street kids back to the school by providing their parents an ownership of a Rickshaw by which they can keep most of thier earnings and make sure their children are getting education from school.
Ensuring the education of students in permanent schools depends on ensuring quality education on the part of the school as well as many other environmental conditions. The source or sources of income of the parents has a significant impact on the student's studies. Verification of permanent school data shows that most of the parents of the students do not have a permanent source of income, the duration of work is 03-06 months and if they do not get a job then they are unemployed. But if the source of income for running a family of 4-6 people is 1 or 2 people, it is a liability if he is unemployed. And then the tendency to send the student and his mother home to the village increases. Basically this is how students are more likely to drop out.
To solve this problem, project Sabilombi will provide atleast 5 Rickshaws each month to the unprivileged family, to ensure the bright future of the students by making both the parents of the students self-reliant and ensuring their education in the school.
